Please help me save my strain!!!!!!!

Ok so I made the horrible mistake and waited to clone my plant during flowering. Both cuttings I'm using have about a half dollar size nug on them. Will these buds effect the cloning process at all? Please help! I'm trying to save this for genetics and I dont have many cuttings to experiment with.

...usually it just takes alot longer to catch root.

they'll clone, but you may end up with a hermie since they were well into bloom... Hang in there.. Best of luck
