Hey alwinjames13, you should take that sativa of yours out of that shallow terracotta square pot. Its not deep enough buddy, hence the reason your baby is so small:mrgreen:
Yeah it was my first plant and I used poor judgement putting it in there. I had no money at all and the pot was all I had.

I'm afraid a transplant would stress her out and with temps gettin' so cold here at night I need her to finish asap.

I'd say at least a month good job I've always wanted to grow a seed out some mexi brick bud but I haven't seen any of it for years but maybe that's a good thing keep us updated with a smoke review

haha fair enough brotha, wicked plant either way. I'd have to agree and say don't replant, its too far into its cycle. Next time i'd def suggest a deeper pot tho. Cheers!

So she hasn't seemed to progress much throughout last week... I've seen pics of mature buds ready for harvest and I know the hairs curl back a bit. But I didn't think it would happen this soon which leads me to believe that she could be stressed.

I have a pic of the bud and if you compare to previous weeks she looks less vibrant this week.

I also have a pic of a couple fan leaves, and I'm looking for theories. Late into veg we had a slight spider mite problem which was corrected and has been fine ever since. On the leaves there are dots, not on all the leaves and not a lot at all really. I think the spots are simply from previous sap-sucking mite bites. They are very similar to the white dots that tipped me off to the bugs originally and just seem to be accentuated due to the natural yellowing of the fan leaves during this period.

The other theory I have is either a possible nutrient issue -OR- due to the colder nights recently ( 35-40 degrees ).

Also Could the small pot have anything to do with it? (Smaller less dense buds at maturity)

What do you all think??

Oh and the trichs are still 50/50 with no amber...

I put my Sour diesel ... ( that I'm tryin to either .... 1.) force it to herm so I can self fertilize it .. or 2.) re-veg it ,,) in the refrigerator overnight for three nights .. it's turning purple ..... (thought you'd like to know)

I've replanted a few plants late in flowering stage .. they barely noticed the change .. and I think they did better after replant .. I was careful to just loosen the roots ...... it's your call . on whether to replant or not .....

Just keep doin the same as you have been ... it will be good buds ... would be easier to comment on nutes etc.. if I could see more ... the buds and leaves I see in the background look healthy ... the bud you show looks good ......

too bad about the mites .. at least u caught it ........

I think the purp is definitely from the cold, my other 3 plants have started to turn this color as well.

I've had temps in the 20's last 2 nights so I brought them all into the garage, yesterday it stayed in freezing temps all day so the plants spent the day in front of the sliding glass door. It just went from summer to winter here but next week will be warmer.

Thanks everyone, I will repost pics in a week and we'll see how she looks...
