Police followed me home from the Post Office with my Attitude Seed Order!

One of my orders from Attitude was over a week late. I was home about a half hour and police were knocking on my front door. I walked out the back and walked around front. They asked for me and told me they were contacted my the post office in Wisconsin because my order 'opened' at the sorting facility. He asked if I had a medical marihuana card, I replied I did, and he said good he would be on his way shortly. I did not let them in the house, I got my paperwork and my girlfriends and he asked to see them and I said no, because I think I know my rights, lol. After a few minutes of thought, I reconsidered and offered the UPSET officer to see my grow room. I believed I was legal and my grow room is locked and posted. I knew there was a good chance of my door being kicked in within a few hours, so I better not be stupid. He was very professional and said we were well within the laws, but ordering seeds online was illegal still (feds). Thought I would inform the public.

Wait so did you get in trouble. Or your plants killed or anything

Importing any type of seed into the US is a no no. This sounds like BS to me though.

I showed him my card and he took down my information. He said he was contacted by the post office in Wisconsin and had to make contact with me and verify that I was legal in Michigan. He did tell me that ordering seeds online in a federal crime and not to do it, and since me and my grow room is all up to Michigan law, that I would not have any more contact from them.

And I got to keep my order! Grandaddy Purps (Connoisseuur), White Widow (Green House) and Critical Jack autoflowering (Dinafem)

What the hell! I doubt if Ill ever order again.. I just heard on another thread that you have to sign for all packages from foreign countries now also...

I have never had to sign, and this is the first problem out of several orders.

I heard it's something new where you have to sign now... I just ordered and recieved in Oct. and didn't have to sign...I hope there's no truth to this signing shit... If so, I wish I would have took some clones nor kept a mother, Im to far into flower now....

yeah they made me sign, sucks. best thing to do is make ur own beens. I know it is pain in ass and wrecks the run,but it is better then having to deal with b.S. If you have a buddy that grows can trade flavors. I like to switch stuff up, but not worth getting grow busted .or just have a buddy that does not grow order the beens. Way to many assholes posted on line how they ship shit and now a lot of orders are being cought. So we can thank all the heros for fucking up a good thing

I had an order come in friday and I didn't have to sign, and then the one from today with no signature. With my card I figured I was bulletproof! I was calling Wisconsin last week saying where the hell is my package! lol. Now I know.

A friend mailed me hash in a birthday card once from Amsterdam. It came to my apartment with a circular hole cut through it. It had a note on it that said the rest may be picked up at post office LOL! I had no idea he was even doing that......I was kind of pissed.

Never had an issue with an order though......did you have the stealth packaging in it???? What county are you from....that would help a lot.

i just ordered from attitude got my order and didnt have to sign anything this was in the past week.

Had stealth packaging with the cool mug lol. to the USA. The cop said the box got wet and it opened in Wisconsin.

they need a federal warrant to inspect anything from the USPS. Something smells funny here.

yup, but there was a few people who got there beens smashed in the mail. and we can thank that to all the assholes who post pictures of how they ship beens

I'm pretty sure the post office does not need a warrant. They were like the first US agency and they have their own set of rules, postal inspectors, etc. At least you got your seeds; usually customs sends you a letter and keeps your beans.

I friggin' HATE that!! They go to all the trouble of coming up with great stealth shipping only for some dumbass to blab to the world in open forum about the details. Nirvana is the most stealthy of anybody!!!

it's true that only the postmaster can open up packages, and for that, they need a reason, ie, a big ass weed smell coming from it, dripping liquid, ticking, lol. ..
but, any postal employee can open a package once it's ripped or torn open or if the addy is ripped off or unreadable... my old man worked at the po distribution center for years... at this point, they usually simply open it to either try and figure out where it's going, or to simply repackage it so it can continue on its way.

i spent about two hours one day on youtube calling people assholes for doing that crap.. i'm sure it did no good, but it did make m feel a lil better..
i mean, seriously, wtf is the point of that?? what good really comes form your showing how that shit came in the mail?? absolutely nada.. some people don't have the brains they were born with, i swear to chrst..
