Love the ballasts. I'm in the UP not many hydro stores up here. I bought a few quantums cuz the guy swears by them. They have internal fans and they are nice. I will probably buy quantums from here out. And Hortilux bulbs.

Those autos are the few I quarantined after the sad day that I threw out what was left on my mite food. Then I cleaned and bleached everything and I am starting over.

That sucks man. Keep it clean I just picked up a shop vac so im going to town on the room. keep up on the spray every three days even on the one you took out make sure you alternate your pest controll so they dont get used to it. im going to take down my pics it doesn't stop them from being in the deep web but at least buddy gonga wont see them. I have 4 plants to trim so I cant hang out today.

I took all the plants out of the room. Bleached and bombed everything! I'm still gonna spray though. Happy trimming!

The dude pissed me off for sure. I appreciate the fact that he is passionate about growing and helping patients. It is hard to get good advice and dispensarys screw us, hydro stores fuck us, cops try to fuck us. It's easy to be offensive. I am hoping he didn't realize what a dick he was coming off as, and burned a few and relaxed. It's obvious he don't give a fuck what others think when it comes down to it, but being a dick doesn't help anyone. It's all about learning what we can and teaching those what we do know. I search online cuz I learn the most online. When you talk to people you know, many really don't want you to succeed. Hater's suck. lol just burned one. im rambling

I have these in ocean forest. Never used soil. Salesman says it's good to go, don't use nutes for a month cuz shit's in it. I'm getting a few burned tips and some other funny shit. It dawned on me that I'm using R/O water so I should atleast put CalMag in my water and I'm watering once a day. What's anyone think about this shit? And I have GH nutes plenty and a starter pack of technaflora shit that came with my ebb n gro, but I'll go buy some nutes for soil, I just figured I had a while to research cuz the soil is supposed to be good for a month. I don't have any ph testers for soil either. I heard I can take run off water and test that shit? Is that the way to do it. Also I'm gonna do a few soil runs so if ocean forest isn't the way to go, steer me in the right direction for next batch. Please and Thank You

fox farm OF looks a bit hot at first to me. Try to cover the soil for a little while to save moisture, that way you water less and don't leach out so much nutes.

Those are under a 600W by the way. I am pretty sure it is one of the CAP $50 MH bulbs with a Quantum ballast.

I use bx promix. Cal-mag plus is a good idea a little bit goes a long way, but you dont need it yet.Do you really need Ro water in the UP? I would save that sysem for now. Hows the water?Taste good? Smell good?

I don't know about using technaflora hydro ferts with soil. Im running technaflora pura vida with the bx rite now and im cutting way back on nutrients I wanted to keep fertilzer salts from killing my microbes

Since I was using Fox Farm soil I was going to just go buy there product. I am not sold on anything soil. You are both using the pro-mix Ill give it a try. I was thinking about trying the roots organic too. Have you tried any of the humbolt shit?

No I have not tried humbolt. Fox farm OF might be ok I don't know. I hear good things about it.I did get burned real bad with the fertilizer in flower, when it counted. Put worms in it if they live its good. Im going all organic rite now. Ill make some bubble buckets and do a side by side I bet the bubble buckets win.

K. Buddy and smokalot. Ill get a bale of pro-mix and try it out. I need a good nutrient. On my Sativa list for next is Jack the Ripper, Chernobyl, or Pandora's box. Should I go with reg. pots, buy smart pots or what?

I put money on the bubble too. I want to do three four soil grows while I fuck with all my hydro shit. I'm selling trucks and snowmobiles and shit get this hydro going right. Tinkering with soil and autos to get back what the mites have stolen from me! Out of all the gear I have I think the ebb n gro bucket system is sweet shit for ease. The little rainforests from general hydroponics really kick ass too.

I was gonna try the pura vida, If you want to use different nutes, than lets look up a few and decide. It'll take me 2-3 three weeks to get all my shit for it. If you have Pandora's Box, then I should get the Chernobyl or Jack the Ripper.

The best way to find all phenos and grow the same strain is to use the same nutrients and soil. If you have pandoras box I want to see what yours looks like, how many males you have and all the phenos. DO IT FOR SCIENCE!
