Pollen vendor?

I recently read an article on the cookie family that said they were planning on selling pollen from original male gsc phenos instead of seeds, sounded like an awesome idea to me as I would love to try my hand at seed production but lack the space for a boys dorm, anyone know if they have started this yet, or if anyone else is selling pollen?

imvho, pollen would be kind of fragile and hard to store and handle for any extended periods of time.. maybe some one else will chime in and prove me wrong though..

No thats true, would be possible and could be a good business

I imagine itd be some expensive ass pollen given how many sedds will be produced. Or however they decide to distribute

why haven't people done it up till now qwizo?
i know someone sent me some before and by the time it got to me it was all dry and hard and no good..

If a commercial venture tries it I'm sure they can get packaging down with vials an some form of desiccant

Pricing would be very interesting it would assume volume as scales would be a bitch.. Maybe create a dryfog of a certain ppm and inject into their packaging.. Hmm

@qwizoking any insight on pressurized powder drug delivery systems?

Cooled shipping. Storage for slow periods would be a pain. Condensation would kill it. Customers are re re's.. will complain because they fudged up.
Could it be done sure, but you know...nobody wants to do that and spend money to prevent this degradation


You do bring an interesting point. How they expect these re res to distribute the pollen. There would have to be small enough quantity as in measured in ug or ppm. as these same companies charge pretty good amout per seed.
Idk eough about the plant pollen to say stability in an easy enough liquid aerosol
It would be easy enough to make a single dose spray. Like an inhaler. But if it must be dry. Unlike an inhaler you cant suck a fine powder in
Itd be an expensive venture
