They're obviously a new company and I had questioned whether or not I should order from them, but after getting in touch with their customer service, they ended up being great. They tried to assist me immediately, although I managed to find the solution myself. Then, what I found most impressive was that they shipped immediately on the following business day. Sadly not something I'm used to at all. Trust me, I've had nutrients on backorder for months.

I live in the Chicago area. I'm new to this forum, but not new to growing. There is a running ad in the craigslist.org Chicago for products made by this company daily. They had good prices so I decided to give them a try. I can only speak from my own experience, I don't know about those articles, either, but they guy I spoke to on the customer service number clearly knew what he was talking about. He spent time with me on the phone and answered every question I asked even if it did not refer to a product he sold. My girlie and I bought a grow tent and a 600 Watt Digital Light with High Output bulb and Cool tube reflector. The ballast runs cool and the bulb seems to be a little cooler in color than my other 600 W Bulbs I am using side by side. They guy gave us a warranty of 3 years on the ballast, 10 on the reflector, and 1 yr. on the bulb. I would buy again. Just my two cents. Good luck.
