I have some trichocereus bridgesii seeds. Any tips on getting them germinated? I just have them in peat in a humidity dome with a warming mat.
Get them in some cactus mix after they sprout.. what you are doing is fine for starting them.. give the seeds some air for a minute or so and mist with water .. i did this daily with mine.. i only misted them if i saw the soil drying at all.. mind you keeping the surfice of the soil moist, not soaked..

Here's some old San Pedro's, they are about 35 years old and about 12-15 feet tall.

I've been away for away, my cactus have weird shabby skin around the tops.. is this from lack of water? They weren't watered for almost a year..
