a lot of banks won't allow over seas purchases anymore, too much fraud, so in order to cut down on the risk of fraud, a lot of banks simply don't allow over seas purchases.. sometimes if you simply call your bank ahead of time, and tell them you're planning on ordering some things online from overseas, they'll lift the ban, but not always..
i know a few years ago i was going to spain, and my local bank teller told me to make sure i went and talked to the manager to let her know that i was going out of the country and would be using my visa card over seas so i wouldn't have any issues in doing so.

I have to let my bank know every time I travel, even in the US. Otherwise it will be declined.

Key bank. I think its a local bank, never saw one outside of my state. Its in my girls name, but we share it like married people. I told her we should change... Wtf is next? They gonna deny me a redbull cause its bad for me??

Look at the "terms of service" on each cards website.

Green dot cards stopped it due to fraud. They may have changed it back. This was a year ago when I tried and had to get a different card.

Fuck spending your money overseas. Spend it here in the great divide where this shit started from. Old school cali dudes are the ones who really started pushing it with breeding, the dutch took credit it for it. Sorry I'm ranting ,it's just how I feel.

Yea the casino thing was total bullshit cause in had put my bankroll for my poker binge in the account because if I go on a bad run and lose a buy in at the table I like to have to get up from the table, go smoke a CIG/ bowl and walk across the casino to a ATM, you know to take a break and clear my head before I go back to the table.

ALSO, the real bullshit is that my girl had to wire me money to the casino cause only had like $20 cash in my wallet, and they take like 12 hours to clear the money wire at the casino.... So in had to just hang around the casino broke for half a day, being in a casino broke is like hell for someone like me. In the end i got $500 wired to me and ended up making a little money. Rant done , thank you for your participation

There's bigger fish to fry around here man. Unless you're blowing transformers and not legal, I don't think there's much to worry about...depending on where you are . I'm on the east coast, and opiates are the real problem.

Nothing to "feel" bro, tour absolutely right . hippies started coming back with beans from Hindu kush, started breeding with the sativa seeds they couldn't flower longbenough, a little of this a little of that and the first "kind" buds were born, then a bunch of them went tonholland to Holland cause of the laws, and then the dutch breeders over there started picking wack as phenos and messing everything up lol.

Mine is small fries though. Its not so much about worrying, its about being thorough.

I order with a prepaid card not connected to me and ship to a fake name and different address.

I guess the same could be done with us seedbanks.

I'm in new england and opiates are the plague around here, sounds like you know. I'm also in a med state and the cops around here could care less about weed, heroin shit is all over the news and papers every day so like you said bigger fish to fry
