Half. St. Patrick's day sale. Black Angus. $4.99 per pound. Bought several.
What... you didn't panic and buy the whole lot? ;)

In all seriousness, we just went out to get a few things here in British Columbia, and I saw no instances of anyone panic purchasing. Where I am at least, it doesn't appear that many are following the panic-buying nonsense I'm hearing about elsewhere.

mignonette, tabasco, cocktail sauce or just lemons? either and all work for me. what kind? kumamotos?
Just lemons. They call them "medium" but they are as big as my hand. Pacific oysters from Yaquina bay. 12 bucks a dozen. Bought five dozen of them this morning directly at the oyster farm. I open them, take the flat half off, perch them in the shell on the hot grill until they start to steam. A strip of crumpled aluminum foil helps keep them from spilling the liquor. Serve 'em hot in their juices with lemon or whatever people want. I have on hand tabasco, cocktail sauce, horseradish and lemon wedges. I prefer just a squeeze of lemon then the whole slurping mess goes down the hatch. I like a cold European lager like Becks or Stella with it. But chardonnay and margaritas will be served at my Apocalypse Now family feed tonight.

There are basically two grocery stores here - a nice one and a Walmer. I went to the nice one and it was pretty normal; toilet paper, meat, all the things you would expect. My wife had gone to the Walmer about an hour before and it was total chaos.

Trump’s latest briefing is what is to expected from an ill prepared, confused and otherwise worthless commander in chief.

His rambling on various points show his lack of understanding.... “ keeping European travel under control “ ... continued slowdown of testing stating “ we could get 5 million tests but probably wont need them “ , “ it will go away “ ... etc.

Target , walmart , cvs , walgreens company speakers on that they are here for you. Yet here in California we have receiving “ incomplete “ test kits minus crucial components, reagents .

Still blaming OLD RULES that hinder progress YET he was the one that cut response funding and staff people.

“We are going to buy up much more crude oil to fill up our reserves at a great price .... fill it up ! “

Pence does his typical suck up piece thanking trump for getting ahead of issues .
Fucking lies. It is a scorched earth scenario with the U.S. Hobbled by imbeciles.

Do you feel the latest briefing instill confidence or more worry ?
lock him up....
