Pruning branches during flower

I've been doing an advanced search and don't know what to do. Plants are 24 days in flower. I already did some LST and some pruning on lower third but, stil have a bunch of side growth and lower plant growth. The buds on the side branches are about the size of a nickle. I know I should have cut more a couple weeks ago. Am I too late? Don't want them to hermie on me.

I agree with unlucky. Chop off all but the most developed and exposed buds. You want the plant to focus all of it's energy into buds receiving the most light. Pick out 4-8 of your best looking branches and remove the rest. You'll end up with 8 sturdy colas instead of a bunch of tiny buds that grew in weak lighting.

Been getting lots of good tips from Simon. He says whack the small shit and concentrate on main colas. So, do most of you guys agree? And thanks for the help!

Well I cut a bunch of shit off them. Kept some cuttings to clone. They look pretty bare but, hoping this should really get the main colas cranking now. Thanks everyone!
