And to the guy who posted abut the gourd bubbler - I like it. I was thinking about that myself, and I think it will just come down to how much time I have to invest into this thing.

yeah i think that is going to be the main issue for some people. i was intending on carving pumpkins this weekend anyways so i had some time set aside already.

Its good to see that more people are starting to get interested in this... it would be good to have like 10 or 15 entries! who knows there is still a decent amount of time before halloween.

If hot glue won't work, I wonder if a caulking-type sealant would work. That might take time to dry though, and maybe won't be the safest thing in the world.

I'll be scheming ideas all week, so hopefully the design is tweaked by then.

the hot glue just didnt work because as i pulled air in through the hose the plastic that was glued on the outside sucked in and the hot glue just fell off the skin of the pumpkin

i got my gourd pipe finished the other day, just cant find my moms camera so i can show you all

its really festive, and even tho all my friends get a good laugh out of it, they all smoke out of it because its "seasonal"

sweet! i made apumpkin bong with some friends and my gf but only my bro smoked out of it with me... then he passed out. my gf carved a pumpkin and it fell completely apart so i let her use my bong to carve so she could have a decent ja k o lantern with the rest of us. i will probably go get another pumpkin and make a different bong... i need something smaller my pumpkin was a little big for a bong haha. took us like 15 minutes to clear it. i wish i had gotten a picture but i didnt think of it at the time and then my gf carved it. oh well, ill make another.

welcome i hope you enjoy makin your bong and then tryin it out. yes gourds count and i have a high appreciation for steam rollers, i have a couple that kick my ass! also you should read back some if you havent yet and you will see the rules of the contest and important things such as that.

hahaha i bet it is hard to set it down! you probly shouldnt, just keep smokin! i used to have a pipe that i made out of a piece of cedar taht always tipped over so we made a game that nobody was allowed to put it down and you had to hit it if it came to you until you could find someone else to take it. there is many nights i barely remember due to that pipe...
