PureCrop1 what is it?

When I got home from the local grow shop supply a couple of weeks ago I found a silver can in the bottom of one of my shopping bags. I asked my wife what is this? She said the lady that rung my sale up said it was a free sample but only said "here this is some good stuff" I went to the website which is a bunch of technical crap but and the only thing I could get out of it was its some kind of foliar spray.

Does anyone use this? What is it and what does it do? And since its some kind of foliar spray is it for all stages of growth?

Weve had mild winters here in my part of Oklahoma the past 6-7 years maybe it can help me with the dogs flea problems...lol

From what I can make out on their site Citric acid is the contact killer.

a few bucks for a few hundred grams.
