QB96v2 cooling requirements:

Im trying to figure out my lighting fixture. m mIm wondering at what amperage will I need to add active cooling to theses boards. I see on the website it mentions 4200 max without cooling but that would seem high to me.
or to keep it simple... will I even need active cooling at remotely efficient levels. It not my intention to run these lights anywhere near those numbers, but I got 20 free pc fans off craiglist year or 2 ago. was gogint o string them on an arduino and. sit them on top of the heatsink w a temp sensor in or around the heat sink.

my lighting fixture can adjust from basically 2ft wide to 6 ft wide. and can go from 4' long to 12' long. by moving the frames/lights. If the grow starts to get away from me I can spread them, raise them, crank em up and cool em.

but going by their requirements. if ya had two lights parallel on 320 54a driver your not even going to hit 3000 each maxed. and wouldn't need to actively cool anyway. this. just doesn't seem right to me.
Thanks

Those SSTX Heatsinks are beasts. You wont need active cooling but it wont hurt to add it if you want.
Not sure how you would attach them
