R-Spec? No... B-SPEC!!!!!

They're exactly the same diode. Come off the same line. Just splits at the end going into H box for horticultural markets showing output in micromoles and the B box for the lighting/decorating industry showing output in Lumens.
Both have antisulfurization coating and are flip chipped. They're not just identical, or similar, or any other word to express it.
They ARE THEE SAME EXACTLY JUST LABELED DIFFERENTLY for different markets.
I believe the lm301h has the phosphorus coating where the B does not. Or I have it backwards anyways they are different.
