Recirculating DWC System( building my own)

Hi all
Is there any one who could point me where i could get information on building me own recirculating DWC sytem ruffly with 8 buckets...i'm very new to this stuff so any info would be appreciated,i mean any videos etc or so thank you PEACE!

Actually working on that right now. My future setup has the input for each bucket at bottom and output at top. Figured out quickly that i needed 2x as big opening for output from bucket. (0.5 inch input, 1 inch output). Another problem i found is I had to make a low pressure 1 way valve off the pump, so water does not backflow into tank and overflow. When power is lost, all your buckets will flow back into your res.

Find the size setup you want and read the description, they detail all components and size of pumps used. Copy and build or tweak to your liking.

I second this.
Simple And effective.
And you can build your own for around half the price.
Us plastic has 7 gal black buckets.
The CCh20 website has all the blueprints.
IMO top off res is a must.
Also check out the CC guys on YouTube. Great, informative videos on there. With a super charged system you will be using 1/4 strength nutes. Don't burn the girls!

Looks good. CC really simplifies the setup, pluse way less chance of overflow/clogging. Check em out!

has anyone here ever done vertical rdwc? i am going to start growing again and wanted to build my own dwc system. i wanted to try out vert growing though. i am using a guide on building your own dwc system thats on icmag. i wanted to hear if anyone has ever tried this, also what do you think about gavita de's? anyone ever use those? how did it compare to hortilux/lumateks?
