Recommend me an LED lamp

Go to growershouse.com and take a look - Kessil, California Lightworks, Lumigrow at good prices. You don't say what size space you are using and whether you are just talking veg or flower too. The manufacturers exaggerate and I'd guess that 90W of good LED (not cheap e-bay panel) would grow one to one and half plants well...a couple if you are keeping them on the small side.

I've seen a few grows with Blackstar LED's. They can produce nice tight nugs. LED's can be cost effective if you have heat issues, otherwise HID's still out perform at cost per watt. If you decide on LED go with twice the wattage you think you need. 500 watt Blackstar is good for about a 2'x3' area at best. :peace:

You have to spend the money upfront with led....the saying "you get what you pay for" is really true for led's. Apache Tech's are really good. Super high par output...really low watts. They make led T8 bulbs that are better than T5's too.
