Hell ya man, real tough guys lift weights in the rain. I know what you mean about the 1-2 week mark. Once ya start back up again your tellin all your friends and pumpin yourself until your in a good routine and back on track again. Watch those headaches with the fat burners. If they wont go away stop takin that shit. I smoke weed before i work out and ive noticed a 10 beat per minute heart rate increase at least, at peak physical output.
