I ended up getting 150 watt cfls, but it says "using 40 watts" after that. I have no idea what that means. Little hung over myself

It sounds like you are reading the equivelant.
It sounds like your 'good' stuff wasn't that good unless you really overdid it.

UPDATE!!!!

alright.. before the hate comes... these plates were shocked n stunted bud growth bad cause cold cold temps here and my light was out for 2 -3 days till i got a bulb.. but i been showing TLC to em and bringing them back... they should been done this week but due to the shockness there setback... so im gonna let them go bout another week or 2 and see what happens. as of right now there 8 weeks into flower.. but it took a good week 1/2 to start pre flowers...

far as the buds.. well there geting SUPER FROSTY!!!, they have a very nice sweet Aroma just stinking up the closet (if u squeeze the bud the smell is like a fruity sweet mixed with a hint of lemon), and very sticky, quit honeslty i am very impressed lol..

My 13w are 900 lumens.
What is the Kelvin rating on them?

It should have a number, hopefully something like "5000k", or "6500k", but if you have "2700k", don't panic.
You can mix some of those with the 5000 or 6500's while you veg, but you will want the majority of your light to be 2700k to flower.
I mix mine, probably about 100w of 5000k, and 200w of 2700k bulbs.

Im going to clone these two green crack plants and be done with them

best results mix 5000k with the 2800ks..

mine were out light for 3 days. the didnt hemi.... LUCKILY though... EH nvm 1 did... but i took care that bitch an cut a hoe down. hahaha

Gonna keep the cfls with the GC at a buddy's house and journal the SK #1 here

The GC has 5500 lumens from 3 lamps 40 watt and two 23 watt cfls

yup my proffesional opinion is to just cut everything down and start over. The spectum problems your dealing with will make the terpines turn florecent blue and then vaporize due to plant stress. Dont worry, the dried plants will make good fire starter so its not a total loss.
