haha. I'm sayin YOU just live man. and then they'll just live. and then sometime or other, some people will clash. and if everyone's just livin, someone's gonna see their life as impossible if another life continues, or whatever, an somebody's gonna kill somebody else. so shit man. but hey, i don't ahve to deal w/them round here. i have run into jehovah's witnesses n stuff, but taht's just a joke more than anything.

You can't convince someone they are wrong by yelling at them; trust me I've tried. The best you can do is give them information, ask them to think logically, but most importantly listen to them when they want to speak and I mean really listen.
Have you ever been in an argument with someone where they just keep repeating the same thing over and over again? That's because they don't feel like you really heard them, that you were listening. People just want to be heard, let them talk and if they are not too far gone in the craziness that is religion maybe they'll change their minds later on. But yelling at them and calling them stupid will only piss them off and make them even less rational.
And if that doesn't work beat them over the head with a hammer.

I don't know about more or less proof.
I mean most of religion is one of two things.
Faith and relationship.
Science has very little to do with either of those.
However, there are several things that I think confirms many Biblically unique anomolies.

I don't think that proves all things in the Bible. But not all things about evolution have been proven either. Some things were believed and are believed based on faith alone.
Most intelligent Christians I know believe in adaptation, yet don't except the Black Box theory in it's entirety.
I think that many fundamental evolution principles, and several Biblical principles co-exist quite harmonously.
However, what many call "evolution", I call it "adaptation".
There are little differences. However I don't believe that man kind accidently bubbled out of the mud. I believe human-kind was deliberate and designed by an intelligent source. There is no accident about it.
Just my 2 cents.

Some points I'd like to make:
- Everyone's entitled to their own opinion.
- People shouldn't come knock at your door and try force their beliefs on you... Although I'm a smart guy (not being arrogant, just saying I'm not stupid), and I know more than the 'average person about philosophy and evolutionary theory... and I have to admit, it is quite fun when a bible converter of, how can one say, lesser intelligence, comes to your door and tries to 'convert' you hahaha.
- I'm not sure if Biblers who don't fully believe everything the bible says annoy me more or less than full on Biblers - Haven't decided yet lol - If you don't fully believe, why believe at all?

I normally wouldn't go into this topic because l can talk forever about it, but I'm stoned so what the hell.
I would say that i believe there could be something after death, but I am unable to ignore that there might not be anything. To begin, lets talk about why we know of religion in the first place. When we are born we are very fresh minds and by age 16 most people have decided what they will believe for the rest of their lives. Most people in this world simply believe what their parents believe because it was programmed in their head from birth. People only believe what they believe from personal experiences.
If two men were chained in a way to which they could not move at all, and they were to remain there for their entire lives facing a wall. Now imagine a fire is burning behind them so that they can see shadows on the wall. The two men see the shadows and because they have know idea that anything else exists besides the wall, they believe that the shadows are the actual objects themselves. The two men would probably name the shadows and form their belief as to what they are, but if they were taken from the chains and shown what is actually behind them they would have to form entirely new beliefs. The two men through limited perception were led to believe there was nothing but shadows. I brought this up because this does apply to everyone, even though you have had much more information than the two men to form your beliefs, you still have done so through limited perception.
Coming down now, I'll continue this when I'm stoned again.

Continuing to two men story (above) in a slightly different way ... Say these two men never meet, they both form their beliefs about these shadows (in this example lets say they never are shown the fire - as we don't know what happens after death etc. we are not shown) ... Know imagine these two men, each had one son each (without sex? u say! - Must be immaculate conception! Hahaha!) ... Now these guys pass their beliefs down to their sons, they die, their sons live, and have 10 sons each, those sons each learn these beliefs about the shadows, pass it on to their sons, maybe a few throw in their own opinions along they way, manipulate the story slightly.
Now a son from each 'original father' are brought together for a meeting (a meeting of the gods mhwahahaha) ... How many people vote that these two sons who meet, from different original fathers remember, will have the same belief about the shadows of the flames?
Anyone think they'll have the exact same story, the exact same belief? Anybody, hello? ANYBODY!?

Do some research mate, you're saying it's easier to believe the mainstream with no logical evidence, than to believe the minority with at least a logical theory (if you're not completely closed minded) ... So, so you still believe the world is flat? Cause it was definitely bullshit that the world is spherical when it was a minority theory, now that it's been proven in the mainstream, all a sudden people can believe it!? ... How weird.
The same theory was used to ban Cannabis... At the time the government was quite good at making the public believe that Cannabis, Marijuana and Hemp were all completely different plants.
Just saying, expand your minds. Don't believe everything some organization tells you and feel free to explore the possibility of other, seemingly more illogical theories which have no or more less solid evidence to them than the "facts"

Bro theres is tons of logical evidence on this subject I mean libraries full of scientific research, field studies, archaeological evidence, dude if you actually knew anything about this subject you would know that. But evidence doesn't matter to people like you, because you watch some tin foil hat yahoo on youtube and think your on to some great conspiracy by the academic community. im watching the vid right now, and he says something like: you cant get phd in archaeology if you say little green men did it(amazingly enough he is saying this sarcastically). Of course you cannot get a phd in archaeology making claims like that, there is absolutely no evidence to back it up. Archaeology is a science, scientific theories require evidence. The fact that the pyramids are incredible structures, and exactlly how they were built is still somewhat of a mystery is not evidence of aliens.

Whatever his physcial senses tell him about the physcial world around him, however incorrect that information may be, dictates what his physical world becomes. To the average person, if he cannot see it, hear it, smell it, taste it, or touch it, it simply does not exist.
Now, numerous memebers of the animal kingdom would adamantly disagree with man's physical view of the world in a number of ways. An eagle, for instance, can detect the movement of a mouse in the grass, doing so at a distance of 1 mile. Man would see nothing and argue that the mouse did not exist or be bery skeptical. A dog, whose sense of hearing is so acute could hear the slightest sound outside and across the street, responding to the sound with barking and suspicion, while master hears nothing and considers it to be nothing. A shark sense of smell is so acute that it could detect blood in water to the ratio of one part in one million.
Understand? To animals the physical world they come in contact with everyday lies well beyond the reach of the inferior senses of man to detect. In comparison, Man is basically blind, deaf, and insensitive to the realities existing around him.
In ignorance, man pompously and foolishly says " I know what the physical world is like. I can see it, touch it , hear it, taste it, and smell it! How can anything else exist?"
It is for this reason that man misses so much of the truth concerning the world around him.

well no one really knos what is tru, so whats the point of trying to make people believe in god or try making people not believe, i jus keep to myself, like everyone else should, i mean your just as bad as the people coming to your door, because all your doin is the oppisite, there trying to make people believe, while your trying to make them not believe, or try and put them down, its basically the same thing, or thats how i look at it, and again, i jus keep my mouth shut, if everyone was like that, then religion wouldnt be such a touchy topic
