Remove Sress Durring Flowering? (Picture)

Both my plants are on day 40 in flowering
I was wondering if I should leave or remove the stress?
The stress is paper clips attached to rubber bands pulling branches down.
Ive already removed about 50% of the stress.

If I remove it should I remove the stress on day 1 of flowering next time?

I leave it on the whole time. Otherwise, it will attempt to grow normal again when you remove it and blow the nice shape you have them in.
