ive repotted during flower and the plant came out ok.i was around 2 weeks into flower and all my plants were around 3' in height, i had seriously overfed 5 plants and flushing heavily saved 4 but the 5th one just wouldn't recover so i had choice of just launching it or try to repot but instead of putting it into soil i decided to dwc it(last chance stuff and as it was fucked it was a no lose situation), i washed all the soil off it and cut a net pot down the side, slid it in and filled it full of hydroton pebbles. the plant recovered after about two weeks, no herme'ing or any probs. ive no doubt that the stress did cause the drop in yeild but it was a serious job. ur situation is different and i would say less stressful so i'd just go ahead and re-pot. it will slow them down for a few days but i would bet they bounce back even better with the extra root space.
