Double Grape is the most frost factory i ever Grown. I have some Beans left DG ;l
It's definitely not crazy in the taste or smell department, but i really don't care about those aspects. I mostly prefer Sativa doms, but i like a good stoney Indica as well. DG is POWERFUL to me. For what it's worth, i never really smoke more than 1x a day and not every day. More like 2 to 3 times a week. My tolerance might not be the same as other heavy smokers, but i doubt Double Grape won't knock even the best on their asses. This shit is great.

I grew a Double Grape in my outdoor last summer, definitely the frostiest plant out there (although the Skylar White was a close second). My wife/med patient is like you, prefers Sativa doms, difference is she's a 30+ year smoker and can smoke just about anyone under the table. We both like DG though, it's something we can agree on. I'm about 90% edibles because of sensitive lungs, but I've found vaping rosin from the DG does not bother my lungs much, so I've been enjoying that.

A few nights ago I wasn't keeping track of how many hits I vaped and went a little too far with the DG rosin. I'd say it was not quite psychedelic, but it was beyond being stoned. Amusing while it happened, and glad when it was over. It is very potent stuff.

I've got like 12 of them and she's definitely getting made into more seeds this next year. Her and Fantasmo have to stay well in stock here XD

Roc Bud Inc Passion Punch Auto at 30 days from sprout.

I'm doing 1/2 dose Gobox. Grow formula, calmag and bio marine. The tallest is 29" and the shortest is about 25". I am measuring from the ground up. I water every 18 hours and I split 3/4 of a gallon between all of them. When I use plastic pots I only give them as much as they need for a day or so. When I use fabric pots I water more heavily and less frequently. I'm not a fan of plastic pots, but I had a lot of them in the garage. I would definitely use fabric next time. I didn't top or LST as this strain is a relative unknown and I wasn't sure how she would react. Next time I might experiment a little.

So far so good...

5 weeks from sprout.

Stretch has stopped. 4 of them are 25" and one is 30". I switched over to bloom formula and I'm giving them 1/2 strength. I'll probably do 3/4 or full dose of grow formula next time as quite a few lower leaves lost a lot of N. Mid and upper leaves are nice and green though. Buds are fattening and turning purple. Giddy up..

What's your opinion on purple scoop vs. Passion punch? I can't decide which to grab and it looks like I'm running out of time to decide lol

Edit: fuck it I just bought both :bigjoint:.

I'm glad you popped all five of them, it'll be interesting to see if there is a lot of pheno variation.

Hard to tell, but in one picture it looks like the two in the middle are the tallest? Since you are using a variety of lights, do you rotate the plants positions during the grow, or leave them in the same places start to finish?

Good eye. I've been lazy about rotating. The two in the middle have spent most of their time under the Cobb.
