Root bound or a deficiency?

Setup: 6 cfl's, miracle grow indoor potting mix, ~2x4 tent, small dehumidifier, 2 fans, 1.75gl container.
RH - 45-65%
Temp- 75-85
I veg'd this bag seed for 1 month from seed and am now 9 weeks (7 days after 12-12) into flower. I noticed small brown circles with yellow dots in the middle on top and bottom of her since week 6.5-7, I was wondering if it looks like a deficiency or possibly it could be root bound. I feed every 2-4 days depending on what the soil feels like with tap water and sometimes filtered water. I understand this isn't the best grow setup (this is my first grow) but it was what I could find. Im looking for an expert or anybody knowledgable to help me discover the issue. Also the buds are "airy" I can see through some of them and at 9 weeks i would expect more dense buds. I defoliated once at start of flower and again about 3-4 weeks in. Should I chop now or wait a week or 2? First pic is 7 weeks and second pic is 9 weeks.

Your lights suck its stretching to get to the light. The potting mix sucks it probably has that time released nitrogen which makes the plant stretch and give you airy buds. It looks like a calcium and phosphorous deficiency.

weak lights will give you airy buds as well

No dont cut now, why would you, let it go, you have a few weeks I would imagine. Just chalk this up as a learning experience.

Start a new set.

Chopped then dried for 7 days, crispy on the outside and most if not all white hairs at chop turned orange during dry. The weight doesn't seem to match the thc content so not the best setup if you are planning to sell but for personal use this worked very well imo. A couple hits and I am where I want to be. I ended up with 2 16oz jars filled 3/4 way. For a Miracle Grow indoor potting soil base with nothing but tap water and filtered water the taste is very good and product is potent as well. 4 months seed to smoke, curing atm so taste should improve. For experience with this magical substance, I have been smoking for years so I feel I can judge MJ well and this is my opinion on Miracle grow soil.

Those pics show spider mite damage. Be sure to clean real well before starting up again.

Look at Coco for the next grow. Very forgiving, and quick to respond. lots of choices for Nutes.
Been hearing some decent reviews on some of the budget Mars lights. Better than the CFL, but keep the CFL's for side lighting.
Good Luck going on.

I don't see spider mites or thrips, I see bad root health. You in DWC? May we see your roots?
