Root rot?

Just transferred three zweet og r2’s from a low pressure aero set up to my rdwc. Running flora flex nutes at about 2/3 strength with silica blast and cal mag. To keep things sterile I’m using root drip by flora flex at 40 ml for about 45 gallons of water. Went to sleep last night and everything was pearly white. This morning all brown. Any thoughts?
thinking I should’ve stuck with UC roots ( last run was UC) and said fuck the root drip

seems like root drip and uc roots is same thing: hypochlorous acid unless the strength is very different

And they’re basically saying the same thing for ratios. My last run I was doing 40 ml of UC roots so I did the same here.
everything is the same as my last successful run minus the root drip and my starting method of the low pressure aero
Also- upgraded my pump ( nothing crazy though ). Initially I had the heads in the buckets pointing at an angle thinking that it would be beneficial to circulate the water but noticed the roots twisting up so I adjusted them straight down
