My wife's phone has some problems so she sent it off to be repaired.
Her email address was hacked so she had to change it.
she rung up samsung and said I can't factory reset the phone, they said it's an on going problem.
Send it in and they will wipe the phone and factory reset it.
Just glad it was not my phone !!
