Or you could find a member here or elsewhere that you talk to who happens to be living in a place like say india or vietnam or those area's and ask if they happen to get local or landrace seeds there, offer them some bread for them (if needed) and do yourself some pheno hunting!

No need to look further. I wont take cash but ill take some seeds. I got here some Philippine and turkey land raises. Planning to do some hybrid out of each that i manage to buy from attitude, herbies and midweek. Def some kush either the black water or jedi that im going to run soon.

So idk it had to be 2011-2012 i asked what a fellow farmer would rec for a STRONG strain i could have fun with for my FIRST indoor run, i chose mr. nice medicine man,,,here she is, think i got the sat dom! what you think? when i look at my previous mistakes like this my heart leads me to a bare vert bulb for ladies like that, rotating them once every 24-48 hours so the canopy gets equal light distribution. live and learn man, i ADORE sativa's...helps me work on my patience during last weeks of flowering.

If you're growing indoor try Delicious Critical Super Silver Haze. SSH is a legend in it's own right and the critical will add plenty of bulk and keeps the SSH a little more tame and short.

I've got one growing right now next to a bunch of American genetics and this thing is a champion. Growing stronger and faster than anything in the room right now.

as in central/south american?

i absolutely love my mexican sour that goes about 16 weeks.. theres a hint in that master kush i put up (if you couldnt tell by structure)

my longest was i think 26 weeks. a real spicy plant that made a unique orange hash oil..nice

Personally, I wouldn't grow a pure Sativa indoors. They require a LOT of headroom, take a LONG time (3 to 4 MONTHS) to mature, and will get BIG. Forget tents (maybe a big closet), and the cost of lighting, plus the juggling if you are growing a few plants, makes a pure Sativa, a pure pain in the ass to grow indoors, even in a basement. Good smoke, probably (definitely?) the best out there, but go for a 70 or 60% Sativa/Indica mix (Jack Herer), and that's close enough in my opinion, if growing indoors.

There are plenty of manageable pure sativas that finish in the 12-14 week range and can be grown in tents...

Knowing when to flower and how to train you plants is key to being successful.

Obviously mostly sativa will be easier to manage, but they really aren't the same thing.

I've got a pineapple haze going, 8 weeks from flip, which has an estimated 85 days flowering time along with amnesia haze and chocolope. I'm running purple haze and Durban Magic next run. Gotta have a nice sativa stash. IMAG1513_1.jpg
