Have you tried a detox of some sort to get the nicotine out of your system? I have used the GNC 2-day liquid detox for drug tests and 2 life insurance physicals and it works like a charm. May help, I dunno...
It just gives you something to do while you wait for the toxin to clear your system

u never heard of spliffs? here in europe they mix it before rolling it.. they even sell joints with tobacco at coffee shops in amsterdam...I wouldn't take everything said too seriously. Many of us just have a sense of humor. But weed mixed with tobacco?
