Damn! Ya think it's dense enough? Lookin good though.
Lol I thought that I had really cleaned up around the time I started the flip to 12&12 and it just really got a bunch of healthy growth. I’m not sure if I should even touch anything like defoliate a little or what ...

In my opinion you're doing fine youve not got all the same strain so probably got different rate of stretch my scrog is similar but only do one plant in my 3x3 tents IMG_20191013_095224.jpgIMG_20191013_095250.jpgIMG_20191013_095654.jpg

You aren't really running a SCROG
A scrog uses the netting to control canopy height
You weave branches thru the net so you get a nice even canopy of bud sites
Yours looks like it is just supporting your plants
When I run mine i get the green as low as possible

My only advice would be to not be afraid of defol when it comes time. In my experience, dense growth like that can block light and air flow.

I agree. That's not scrogging.

Plant's look healthy though. A little more stretch than I would like but overall they look good.

I think next time I’m gunna be more aggressive with the branches and really just bend all of them under the scrog net so I can really get that even field.

I keep an eye on stuff, but defol usually gets done once a week during flowering. I don't think they like it everyday, just my opinion.
I watch out for moisture where leaves touch as an indicator of airflow, and I also try and keep anything from shading bud sites too much.

I think you're gonna have some serious frost in there though bro, it's got that look to it
