Back in the era of easy money for white males, in the 50's or whatever, all you had to do was graduate college and you could start a business in whatever that field was and have pretty good odds of succeeding. The more traditional methods of higher levels of success are harder to come by, but there's always room for those who know how to tap into brainless iPhone'esque hysteria.

Starting electrician makes about 60k? I have a resident at one my my properties who’s a janitor, works his ass off, holidays and overtime, his wife is a home helper, works her ass off. From Somalia. They clear 130k a year and are saving their money by living in low income housing which they qualified when they got here. In a few years they will have their home and their kids will go to college. Tell them it’s too hard to achieve the American dream.

As I'm grinning again. That was true until Ronnie Raygun. No more free college or higher education. Banks and colleges made mad money selling your benefits as they saturated the market with clones of you en mass. All my decades in a form of manufacturing? I've seen 2 engineers that could operate basic tools. LMAO!
