seed help needed

i need to no once ive placed my germianted seeds into there pot using a soil media what is the best way to start them off as i only have a 250 hps lamp and dont have any cfl lights because of my budget so do i put them straight under the 250 hps once the seeds are in the pots and how far would you place the lamp away from the pots as i dont want to mess my seeds up and not sure wot to do and fault that the light might be to strong and can you do it this way i just need a step by step guide using this method any help would be nice :bigjoint:

start them under your 250w hps.
i do with my 400w.
(cfls suck).
keep the light roughly 15" away to start with and start working it from there.

why don't you do the research yourself, the info is in the grow faq...
It's really annoying when folks ask for a step by step grow, do you need me to hold your hand when you cross the street too?

do you know how to grow as good or as well as your spelling/grammar skills?????.
this site is not about spelling/grammar its pure growing so lets see what you can do growing wise instead of disrespecting others inability to spell.
