Seedling grow material question

I have heard so much of people using rock wool and today while i was out i looked in some stores and i couldnt find any but i did find this professional greenhouse thing and i was wanting your all's opinion if this stuff would be good or bad or atleast ok to grow in.

those are jiffy pellets, they're for germinating seeds I believe. You would then transplant the seedling to something larger.

Yea they are. Damnit are you serious >.<. Where the hell can i get some rock wool at? But wait it said something on the well you cant really say box but yea it said something on there about sprouting out of it not sprouting rooting the main root or what you wanna call it.

you're going to have to go to a hydro store or order online to get rockwool, you wont find it at a regular garden center...google hydroponics and your state name to find hydro stores near you, you may have to search a bit, but unless you live in the sticks there is probably one within a short drive

Ight man i'll just find me a hydro store, but in the time being im going to test those things and see if i can grow with them because i got 100s of seeds.
