If I ever get a package lost I will never post it. Id be too pissed off to share that shit. Nothing anybody or RIU can do about it anyway.

Its not "all" luck.

Where you order from, and especially where you are located matters. Apparently some of the customs offices are "better" at finding these things than others.

Probably WHEN you order also matters. The more package volume there is, probably the less likely any individual package is to be seized.

Already there has been to much talk on this thread even though its already been ruined for stealth.......Def hate when people bring up san way of anything.........SHHHHH. But why keep bringing any of this up? If they come great if they don't well then buddy that's the game we all play. Just go to CO. or any half ass legal(MED) and hang out for a weekend and you will find something if you can't then you need social skillz cause shit is all over. This isn't directed towards anybody I'm just saying shut the fuck up. .

I get what you're saying, but would add two things.

-Again, anyone who doesn't think that customs doesn't already know how ceeds are smuggled in is naive. I completely agree that this doesn't mean people should be posting details about these things, but realistically its probably not going to make any difference.

As if some customs agent is going to read THIS board and then go "holy crap, you mean Attitude seedbank out of England is smuggling in ceeds in a [whatever]?. I had no idea that that was going on!" Believe me, the customs guys know every trick in the book how things are smuggled in; that's their job and they do it every day. They catch these things all the time and know how its done. If they really wanted to, they could probably seize almost every single order by every big seedbank; the reason they don't do it is because they don't have unlimited resources, and every minute they spend looking for harmless cannabis ceeds is a minute less they have to spend looking for heroin, crack, gun parts, cash shipments, etc.

In fact, I'd bet cash money that there are times individual customs agents find packages they know (or at least strongly suspect) have beans in them, but let them through anyway, because with such a backlog of stuff to inspect, they don't want to spend the time ripping open the package, filling out forms, taping it back together, etc. This, I think, is also why bean packages sometimes just disappear. . .customs seized them, then instead of going through the official protocol of paperwork, filing, etc, they just destroy them.

-On talking about this in general, well, for obvious reasons its a topic of great interest to growers, including and especially legal medical ones. There's community interest there, and if, for whatever reason, interceptions go up, that's potentially important information.

I've added my input about the actual topic on a similar thread specifically about the chicago customs office as they seem to be very good at this job. Probably because chicago has so much crime they pay closer attention I don't know. All I'm going to add on topic is ALWAYS get the guarantee!! That is the biggest thing to worry about when making an order. I've had them get stopped before, but attitude always sends another one without any hassle and I've never had the second one get opened.

The other thing I wanted to comment on is you guys were talking about legalization, specifically in Cali. I can tell you with 100% certainty that the only reason that vote failed was because of growers and dealers in Cali. In the time coming up to the vote, and after the vote I can't tell you how many people on various forums, and articles I read about it admitted to it. There are sooo many growers and dealers that "would loose my job" or "loose so much of my profits" that many of them voted against full legalization. You can do your own research into it, but it didn't seem like any one was keeping it a secret. I think its terrible, and bad example of our community. People need to grow weed not greed!

I personally believe the non-guaranteed letters have better chances of making it through customs.
T-shirts, coffee mugs, etc, are more likely to hide contraband then a letter. Also, I am sure they consider even if it were contraband in a letter it couldn't be very much at all.

I had my attitude order seized last week too. I had ordered the mug and it went through Chicago. I don't blame youtube or anyone posting pics though.

note equals person(s) collecting a fuck load of seeds from all the posts of stolen orders.

In michigan I'm only assuming my orders go through chicago....... I've had a good few make it without issue but i got 3 in the wind right now..... no word yet they are all pretty fresh but i suppose this will be a good test to see just how good they are lol. 3 orders to the same address on thursday friday and the next tuesday. could be a very very sad summer for me.... or not who knows guess we will see here shortly!

it really is nice having a good stock pile of seeds if only I knew another grower to help with selection though and give me cuts of the best ( not an offer lol ) its gonna take me some time but I'll have one of the best mother rooms on the east cost and I'm gonna be proud as hell if I produce the next best clone only.
