Short Plants taking Forever to Grow

These seeds were planted on November 13. They are maybe 4-5 inches tall. I dont know what's going. Growing with ffof and a yehsence light in a 4x2. Temps 74-81. RH 51-61%.

Your temps and RH are great how far away is your light? Did a quick Google search on that brand, looks like every other mass produced Chinese blurple out there. Odds are, you are misinformed about that light. Which model did you get? Almost everyone new to growing under LEDs is similarly misled. I was, I bought three of those cheapies before I wizened up. Yes, the good leds are expensive. Mars Hydro has a good introductory light for about 80.00 from walmart.com and it can produce beautiful ladies. For size reference, I can palm a basketball
