Should I be worried?

New grower. Please take a look and let me know if I'm having actual problems or just being paranoid.

Vision NL auto fems approx 10days from seedling breaking soil surface

Temp 70-76

Rh 40-55

Happy frog w/30% perlite (it looks like there is more than 30% because I added some to the top layer bc I was convinced I needed more. Typical paranoid new guy trying to do too much)

600w hps set to 75% 2.5' from plant tops non-air cooled hood. 24/0 light schedule

Leaves reading around 80-85 degrees with infrared thermometer (the reason I have my light so high.) should I be worried that this is too high of a leaf surface temp?

Watered 4 days ago with 20% runoff

No nutes yet

Sorry for the pics taken under grow light. No other light options in this space.

So here are my concerns:
1. 3 of my plants are 2x the size of the other 3. Is this because of something other than genetics?

2. One of the plants has some discoloration of the leaves that has been present since day 1. Thoughts?image.jpeg

Here is plant with discoloration:

Are those 3 or 5 gal pots? Kinda big. Might be too much light, whats your lighting schedule?

Happy frog doesn't really need perlite.. Fox Farms yeah..not happy frog IMO. You got a fan blowing in there?

With that much perliteand a fan in there they should dry quick, are you using tap water or RO water?
