It's all realative. Like I stated you are going to have to go through that section as many of your questions have been answered and more things you haven't thought off.

1900 pages.. your asking the basics/ almost wanting to be spoon feed with no effort of just pressing search or going to the section. Laziness Kills!

So what should I run
Depends on many things, light scource is number 1, sun best imo. If really trying to save plant, first if photo ld repot and rootprune, or at least break roots up, if any to speak of, then id find the biggest pot l can. Feed a high phos nute and grow some roots. The top will take care of itself. Just my opinion. I have a garden too.lol. powdered are cheaper as not paying for water. Best example l can give is 10-52-10 half strength at first after they show signs of recovering feed veg nute. Just my opinion, not bashing op. If auto id repot but not disturb roots if possible.

You are Lazy. When I started there was no "YouTube watch a video easy crap", we had to read and find out information.

With me pressing search and going to newbie section I found all of your questions.

By what you have said and answered I can tell you didn't even bother to search the section I gave you.

There are 100's of the same threads, EVERYONE thinking there's is more important instead of simply reading. Anyhow, if you started one year ago and haven't improved good luck.

This is different generation indeed.

So let's take it back to these plants.

A friend gave them to you , now it is sounding like clones apple kush .

Media has fungus gnats and soil mites, you have to clean up the plant and spend money to do that.

If I had the budget, I'd buy some quality seeds from a reputable breeder, and grow those out.

Seedsherenow is a place where you can purchase seeds.

Perhaps the easier route for nutes the first time, would be to get something like "happy frog soil, or ocean forest soil, or some pre made one at your local grow store. If have dry nutes supplments you can add them in yourself.

Your plants have a certain type of damage that thrips and fungus gnats make.

For you maybe it would be better for you to throw out those plants and start again. !
Fungus gnats and thrips are two completely different things. Thrips have a hard time doing damage on healthy plants. I don't see the typical speckles with thrips.

Fungus gnats are best controlled by watering frequency and BTI IMO. Keeping blue/yellow sticky traps as monitoring. OP's plants looks way over watered.

I have a couple of mosquito dunks in my watering wessel for my mom's.

That plant has severe Mg deficiency. Hope you get it sorted, cheers!

What are you talking about :-D Thrips and Fungus are treated in similar manner's actually with certain predatory mites to go after the pupae and larva of both.

Neems are an excellent way initially followed up with a soil predator..

Thrips live and lay eggs in the plants tissues. Fungus gnats live in the soil and eats the roots, care to elaborate why you still think they should be treated the same?

That looks like two different predatory mites, but you still say they're supposed to be treated equally? I'm confused by your reasoning.

And yes predatory mites work but it's mostly the plants bad health that causes bad thrip damage, they have a very hard time on healthy ones. They're impossible to control outdoor and plants still thrive.

Neem is f*cking disgusting!, better of with some basic vegetable oil, dish soap and few drops of orange oil IMO. Cheers!
