Should Small CHILDREN live in a grow house

Kids are very curious. If they find out theres an area they are not supposed to go they will ALWAYS try and go there. I put locks on my closet door so when the kids are over it stays locked. Same for when I'm not home. My son saw a hint of pink light and hasn't been able to let it go. I just told him it was xmas lights.

You may want to construct your own grow room in your home or apartment, but the area of your place makes it a bit difficult. If you live in a tiny place, you can still order a grow tent or chamber to start a stealthy operation to mature any type of plant you wish inside your home.

Best cover story for why kids can't go in certain rooms/sheds/etc:

Just tell them that's where mom and pops keep their sex "stuff". When you say the word "stuff", say it like you're hinting there's a lot more than you're letting on. Then just starting talking about how you both wanted to spice up the marriage a little, things were getting stale in the bedroom, keeping making stuff up until they beg you to never speak of it again. They will stop being curious, and maybe vomit a little in their mouth.

Edit: Only works on teenagers and grown children

I wouldn't if both parents were medicating.. My wife doesn't partake so they don't have a case for an unfit parent. The rest is all legal. Ugh try taking my kids, might be my last day above ground.. others too.

Yea hear you brother. I'm not with my son mom but I did take her to court for half custody...... What scares me is what the courts might do if she ever finds out and decides to present it to court. She never comes over but I don't want lil man saying something that could risk losing him.

I'm just starting a grow in my garage with 2 small kids I keep it locked. But my oldest(4) come in while im working an asks about the plants, I told him there tomato plants for spring. When spring rolls around I'll go buy a few tomato plants and let him move em out side. See how long I can keep the charade.

i grew for years. i loved a lady with a kid. they didn't move in although they spent alot of time there but if they would have moved in, i would have stopped growing. since i'm pretty sure she was with me at least partially because i had a closet full of pot, that didn't happen. lol

kids are no dummies and she could lose the kid if the cops came in.

I grow in the basement, it's in a locked room and all my meds are in there and I medicate only in there. There is nothing elsewhere in the house.

Try to fuck with me... :)

I don't grow at home but if I had to I would. I have grown up using herbs for tea, seasoning, and rubbing oils. At the ripe old age of nine I was helping grandma harvest leaves for tea; grandpa always got the 'big sticky flowers' as I called them.

I find it ironic that those who usually condemn growers who grow with children in the home usually have a multitude of issues that are much more dangerous than a plant, fast food, and child pain medication come to mind!

I don't grow in the house. I built a room within my shop that is ~100 feet from my house. Shop is always locked and NOBODY goes in MY shop. 14 and 11 yr old girls.

They are starting to ask why I go out there every night at 7:00. I'm running out of excuses. (It doesn't take 15 mins to check if the shop is locked if you know what I mean)

Lol, I can imagine, but since it's your shop, you have your chores like they have theirs :D

I used to smoke when I was 15-17 a lot, my parents hated it really. It was only when I turned 18 my parents let me start growing pot because I got my card. In fact I grow with my father now (who has gotten his card to help his lung problems and hand problems). I actually quit smoking pot because I would rather grow for us as a whole so he never runs out of meds. Im happy my parents made me wait and taught me the difference in using something for fun and for medical use. I would say that growing pot with your kids in your house is a healthy balance that every adult should find their own middle ground on.

Get those girls informed brother. Do you want another man to come into their life and show them all those ropes? Or do you want to be the one to give that knowledge. Much love. Just be honest.
