you cant insert the pics in the message bar by the world thingy with the red x by the video film it looks like a box wit a tree in it.

on your post screen, scroll down past the message box, click on 'manage attachments', click 'add files' and it will give you another box from which to choose upload from computer or website (like photobucket).
It should be pretty self explanatory from there.

It looks like it is competing for root space with its neighbors. Beyond that... that high a number of fertilizer.. especially P is detrimental to cannabis growth. I prefer something around 6-4-4 or so. I would flush with 2 gallons of water per 1 gallon of soil with distilled water. After that try to get an organic liquid fertilizer such as neptune's harvest or fox farm. Good luck
