Slow growth

What's goin on y'all. I'm looking for a little advice on a couple of my plants I got growing in my closet. I got the seeds from Denver about a month ago on spring break and I feel like they should be a lot further along than what they are. My seeds got mixed up on the flight but I believe the red pot is barberry brute and blue dream while the black pot is golden goat and barberry brute. These are my second and third plants I've ever grown ( First two with good genetics) there in fox farm soil, under 1600 lumens, and I've fed them once a week ago with fish fert. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated

The way the nodes are all jammed up are saying.....We want STRONGER light!

Get a real light, something with power.....Even if it's just a 250w HID - That should do a 2x2 area ok.....

Cool, yea I kinda thought I needed more so I had bought some stronger lights than the ones I had before. Thanks
