OK...i was just looking at the fans at home depot...wat do you wire them too?? Has me a tizzy concerned!!!
Also, Do u think if i use a flex hose and tape it to the fan, or rig it to e reg fan will it do the job??
Like if i duct tape :) the hose to the little box fan and have the fan on the bottom of the tent, and the ducting going out the hole on the bottom, u think that would work???

Annnnnnd....u think i should take away a few lights from the sprouts??
Currently i have 105w (full spectrum) and 4 23w daylights (2 on top of each plant) let me know what u think bff!!

The fan you say that you have blowing out is probably on the floor right? If so its being counter productive because cool air goes down and hot air goes up so you are better off blowing the outside air in forcing air the hot air up and spilling out the top of the tent.

Ace fkn rocks! They do say they sell them but ACE stores are a franchise that are independently owned so it depends on the stores owner to decide what they carry. BUT its always worth a shot to look but they tend to be more expensive.

Yeh i love ace..plus its on my way home. I'll stop and look, my ace may have it, but ur right..i always spend more money there!
As far as the fan...yes its on the floor. U think i should have it blowing the outside air in for now? Or should i rig the fan to the top and just have it blowing outta the top hole? LOL... damn heat!

An inline fan should have a cord ..... but if it doesnt just buy an extension cord also and I will tell you how to wire it up .... easy so dont worry

Confused on this question but if I understand it right you want to rig a flex hose to a floor fan ....... = not that its imposable but dont recomend cause it would be really tricky and probably inefficient.

Ya the 4 23w daylights should be fine untill you get some nodes growing and some substantial fan leaves. Also it will cut down on the heating issue.

Actually untill you have the inline fan if you could do both that would be best.
meaning the fan on the floor blows air into the tent and if you can suspend a fan on top (inside) the tent blowing air out that would be good ..... but in reality it will semi just recirculat the hot air after the room heats up but it is still your best opinion in my mind untill you get the inline fan.

Thanks for answering all the ?'s also. Im gonna stop at Ace and see if they have a fan on my way home...if they dont il rig the lil box to the top until this weekend

Obviously tho..pretty sure if i remove the 105w that'll help big tme with the heat til i get the fan...which im def gonna do...cause i hate wasting my time on ineffecient things!! Ya know?!

germ 4 more seeds (from bag seeds)...gonna stick em in 2liter bottle and veg em for a week or so before switching to 12/12...
this time i want yield...but i seriously dont have the patience to veg for awhile...so i figure more plants=less veg time....

you also have a pretty big tent so ........ I think a week veg time from seed is kind of short but you will never know until you try right!

I think its short too...BUT its cfl's!! If i let em get tall i wont be able to get enuf light to all of em .....right??

Also...how hard will it be to set up a veg & flower chamber in that tent?

Think im better off setting up that white cab as the clone veg cab???

White cab = ghetto cab?

as far as setting up a veg / flower chamber it is possible but would be tricky. There was a DIY thread about a DIY grow tent thing ..... I will look for it. I think it might be a good way create two chambers in your tent.....or just buy another small cheapo tent

Ok... im a newb however..im thinking nute burn here????

Temps were a problem for a few days, however they are averaging bout 76-80 now.

Also, the clone is mulch now...cant wait for it to revert bk to veg, i just tossed in 3 more seeds (unknown strain) see what happens with jus a little veg period..

Anyone think i should flush the snow whites??? They are in pre-nuted soil ...i know i know, but never had a prob before now...

Ok...so sine my wonderful nute burn i swapped out the pre-nuted soil with earthgro soil mixed w/hydroton
- i used the hydroton (yes i know its a hydro medium) cause i have a bunch laying around and dont have the funds to buy more stuff right now

So....heres the pics 2 days after i transplanted
I also germed another unknown bean b/c i gave up on the clone (def wasnt rooting)

The 2 snow whites are 16 days since they popped through the surface
And yes :( i know theyre small :(

i agree....but im actually thinking bout switching the lights to 12/12 and throwing some bag seeds in with the one SW and going 12/12 from seed with them.
Then taking the other out and and letting it veg awhile in my ghetto cab (which would be fine for vegging) And hopefully using it as my mother....since theyre supposed to be feminised....what u think??

lol sounds like you are getting impatient ... lol

anyway The mother idea is good because you can start practicing cloning with IMO is way better then from seed but takes a couple of times to learn a technique that works for you. I would take out 2 for the mothers though just in case.
