So, what's going on here?

Lil Janet, the plushberry Lil Janet.jpg is a runt compared to her sisters Marley Marley a.jpg and Etta Etta b.jpg. They're all in FFOF & Happy Frog/Perlite mix. I gave them their first nutrient feed yesterday of botanicare pure blend pro grow. The tips are crispy from the hot ride home two weeks ago. Why is she stunted? Also, the cheese. These girls were jacked up when I got them home, which is how they got their names of Whitney Whitney.jpg and Tina Tina b.jpg, they looked beat to hell like they were double dating Bobby Brown and Ike Turner, and Daisy Daisy.jpg, after Daisy Duke because she looked smoking hot. Every one of Daisy's leaves were curling up when she got home. Then I found spider mites on the cheese, but not the plushberries, which is why some leaves on the cheese are all hacked up. They're all sitting about 24" under a 1,000 watt MH bulb set at 750 watts. It's air cooled via 6" fan, no filter yet, a 4" fan pumping air in, along with another 4" passive intake. Temps are 79-82, RH around 35-45%.
So, my questions are why is Lil Janet not responding, and what's up with that reversed leaf on her? If you see any other problems, please point them out. Also, can you clone with no rooting hormone, just Happy Frog, Perlite, water and love?

I would say it's all genetic. You seem to have your set up pretty dialed in, so no complaints there. Especially if each plant is under the same conditions and feeding schedule, no reason only one would be stunted.

As for the cloning, yes. You can put them straight in. Might take a bit longer to get some solid roots in, but it will work.

Whitney and Tina..... that's f/u LOL.
Looks like you got it all planned out. just give them a couple days to get used to the new home, but keep an eye on your watering, your RH sounds kinda dry, so your soil might dry out quicker than you think.

Thanks. Yeah, I've been noticing their pots feel empty every three days or so. I've set uncovered bowls of water out to get the RH up, but it doesn't seem to do the trick.
