The reason I asked if those were in rapid rooters placed into coco is because rapid rooters hold a ton of water and if there wasn't a very good root system when you put them in the coco and you're watering everyday it's still possible to keep things too wet even in coco.

Good luck

They had that yellow look to them on the bottom leaves for a while but just today developed those grey spots
Genuinely out of curiosity, not talking shit: Why do people like growing in coco? It seems like a pain in the ass with an endless source of problems. Earlier in the thread, it was said that daily watering is a good idea. That alone would be enough to turn me off. That and the fact people who grow in coco keep having problems I’ve never once seen while growing in soil.
Again, I am not talking shit, I just DO NOT understand. Of course, there are highly experienced guys who grow in coco and have fabulous results. There are also guys who are brain surgeons and make a great living. Doesn’t mean I plan to pick up a scalpel and hacksaw and put out my shingle...

read my thread in newbie central titled abcs of coco, its simple really you just need to study up abit and adjust to a new medium. the growth is twice soil any day. id suggest people start in soil anyway to learn the plants demands

Of course, I am not against it on principle. It just seems like diving into the deep end before you can swim.
