Ya its in a 5 gal and theirs an airstone ....i think my airstone is weak thow

i too use dwc for all my grows...
your plant is considered over watered, meaning there is not enough oxygen getting to the roots. you need to either add more airstones or add a more oxygen pumping system- depending on your setup... shoot for 28 liters of air for every 1 gallon (3.79 liters) of working water. submerging netpot into water is okay, but you need the oxygen. typically 15 liters of oxygen is okay, but your plants are drowning...

For the size of the plant it seems that the roots are very undeveloped.
What is the pH and ppm of the feed you are using. Is the nutrient below bubbling up into the clay pellets? If not try top feeding through the pellets every half an hour to see if it perks up.
With the roots so undeveloped if I were you I would switch to an 18/6 light cycle to assist in root developement.
