Has anyone else noticed how Privateer Holdings aka. Leafly, tilray, arbor main and now this Marley brand is becoming or trying to become like a "household" name for itself?
They seem set to break out in any new market with their company.
Maybe I'm just being paranoid but this company seems kinda like they're always trying to be ahead.
Thoughts?

I just caught the second episode in a series called Colorado Pot Barons. It gives a pretty good insight into the goals and motives of the commercial growers and sellers...including those who claim to be medical. Branding is VERY important if they want to survive.

I just watched it as well. Thankfully it was better than the 1st. The owner of Dixie products comes across as the slimiest motherfucker. For a reason I assume. I'd never buy edibles from him or the dude who was using fan leaves for extraction to be used in his edibles either. Did you see that new Dixie Elixirs Soda he was mentioning? 5mg THC pfffft fucken slimeball

Oils, edibles. Even herb.......
None should be bought by anyone. They should make there own. This way there is no issue with contaminants.
these days with all the SHIT they spray on plants to make them GOOD? PPPHHHTTT...
That'd be something our favorite Hero would do.... all in the name of good business.

many of the hydro stores sell illegal bug sprays.
Most which require a Hazmat suit to apply.
The Asian market is what got this shit really going, as they couldn't give a rats ass how it's grown.
Even their employees are expendable
Just wait. :)
The LP's will find a way of using bad chems to grow ...then Monsanto will start be next with their genetically modified /engineered SHWAG

........................LOOK OUT!!!! It's happening right now as we write. Nothing will stop it either because they stay under the proverbial wire of the law.

and it was easily done too. Think about how much easier it's going to be for LP's. Using things that are under testing but take 10 years to test.
In the mean time there are 1000 new one on the market under testing as well etc....

and sick people get sicker and the business continues to profit from the ones who DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER!!!

awesome shit...spread it around make them know

always been my dream that marijuana not be sold, stole, or bought.. but grown, bartered, and gifted.

could be that way so easily if they let everyone grow their own.. and anyone try to go big if they wish.
cause really; it's one of the most entrepreneurial things.. but they make sure it isn't, by requiring so much money to do it, currently. they don't want that.
even in the newly legal states; they're making sure the rich are getting first shot at this new industry (as evident by pot barons.. a kid from a lawyer family. and i really found it suspect how the euflora chick got a call before the email.. obviously knows some higher ups was my thought)

*as for the OP about branding.. that's just business.. and if nothing, Tilray has proven to be good businessmen.
pot growers?, well.. ;)

gives a clear example of what they -like most LP's- think of it as though; just a business.
likely bodes well for the patients who need their medicine eh? :( they care about them so far as their profit is concerned, and that's about it.
nobody should be surprised, and definitely not fooled by this though.

It's okay that the LP's thinks of themselves as businesses, because so do I. They are businesses that I WON'T do business with.....ever ! They can give away all the blenders and toasters they want......the Hippy with not co operate. Until it's legal and my right to grow is intact. If I can't grow they sure as hell ain't gettin any of my business ever.
