spindly leaves

Hi Guys 'n' Gals
Got a lot of thin, spindly leaves on my plants, both vegging and flowering, different strains, can't work out what might be causing it.
Any thoughts?

As always, pictures are very important to properly diagnose your problem.

I don't have a reply except out of the same bud of seeds I sometimes have dwarf plants with little leaves and thin bushiness while there sisters are full and pretty. I call this a runt but these plants seem to bush sideways with many tops. I call that a runt. Some times you got to see them through.

Insufficient light penetration through the canopy?

Hemp russett mites?

N, P, Mg deficiencies?
