Spotting on leaves

First of all I'm a total rookie. First grow. Had this girl for about 8 weeks. In straight ffof. Watering with tap water lowering ph to 6. 300w led light. Temps are good but humidity is on the low all the time. Around 30-40%. I have been misting leaves. No nutes at all yet. when I first transplanted (grown from seed) into ffof it burned them a wee bit(after researching more and more people mix ffof other than use it by itself...noted) so I guess that's why I haven't added anything yet at this point. You can see the spots under the led pretty good. Not so much with just flash. Just saw spotting today. Any knowledgable help pertaining to the subject is appreciated. Thanks farmers.

And I'm watering every couple days. Basically waiting till the topsoil drys out a decent amount. The led puts off little heat so it takes a little longer than most setups to dry out(what I've heard) plus it's just fox farms and even with the perlite it seems like it holds moisture more than I would like. Another reason I should have mixed my soil.

When you misted, were your lights on?
Yes they were
And not ruling out thrip but with a little more research the symptoms seem slightly different.
It's happening on the upper half of the plant. Mostly on larger fan leaves and not newer growth. I have another plant in there and she doesn't have any signs yet so another reason I lean away from infestation of some sort. Thank you for the replies
