It is going to be a deffinite improvement. In a day or 2 the rest of the equipment will be here. Im fighting some spidermites right now....I hate those little fuckers, these ones have a semi-resistance to no pest strips...

I brought in some clones from another garden...classic story. It wont be long now till im at least growing again. ive only got 5 plants going.

I like the stinkbud system because im tired of dirt it funny but removing the dirt feels more natural for me.

i want to grow outdoors just to try it.. but i dont like how much leafier outdoor seems to be than indoor...

more leafe means more buds and yes way more trimming to be done.hell you will see first hand this year bro. hopefully you will be making a road trim out this away

i am chomping at the bit for these damn autos to finish... i have no room in the veg room any more.. at all... its insane....

i plan on going up today and super cropping.. in order to even do this i am going to have to take 1 or 2 of the girls out of their sites and move them into another room just to manuever around.... i am also going to remove the fan from the back of the room (probably) to open up a little more space... i am going to maybe even move the plants around and try to figure out a better arrangement of them.. but if i start with no space, regardless of how i move them, i'll still have no space...

i am going to go monday or tuesday and get a product called bushmaster... its supposed to stop vertical growth and promote bushing.. well the bushing i dont need.. but i could use the vertical growth to stop... the idea is you use it at the start of flowering and it cuts the whole stretch phase out of flowering.. maybe by this it would shorten flowering time?? but really im not concerned about that at all... just the growth stopping...

there is another product too, i cant think of the name tho, thats supposed to be a flower hardener.. i may check that out too.. with this stuff a little goes a long way (both products) so i am not going to get much.. just enough for a single grow...

I could have used that info a few weeks ago LOL. PLEASE keep me in the loop on that Vertical Stopper. Add it to the res or spray individual plants? I wanna know about that hardener too! My shit is growing! What did I feed these mf? LOL

its expensive.. but a little goes a LONG way.. and i guess you have to be careful when using the bushmaster.. if you use too much it can burn your plants.. i guess its pretty potent...

the gravity shit is supposed to be really good... makes for super hard flowers.. but if you have large flowers it can cause mold/mildew issues if not careful.. so i may wait on that and see what my girls do first...

tomorrow is going to be a long day.. i am switchng the rooms so the autos will be in the veg room and the vegging girls will be in the flower room.. i need to get them flipped over.. they are huge right now.. i can finish the autos out in the veg room with little problems.. and keep my clones with them.. all while starting 12/12 on the big girls...

I called the hydro-dummy and he's got both in stock. I'm going to swing over and pick em up cuz he's just down the street. I'm 3 weeks into flowering so it's too late for Bushmaster, and it's too early for Gravity. I'll have em though. I've been contemplating buying Shooting Powder. Have you tried that? I really don't want to go overboard on snake oil.

That shooting powder looks cool. Sounds like you have your handsful over here!

i really think i am going to make the trip to the store and get some bushmaster and gravity.. shooting powder is just a late flower stimulator... it works good (from all the reviews i've read) but i personally like koolbloom dry... that shit is amazing.. i use it week 5 to harvest.. really good results...

actually here is what i plan on doing with my photo period girls over the next day... this, i think, will be my normal routine...

1) today is going to be a long ass day switching everything over... so much more work than i was planning on.. but it is needed to make the girls happy... anyways, i need to give the photo girls a good flushing for a few days.. i plan on throwing them in their new sites in the flower room with a res full of just florakleen.. i am going to run that for a day or 2...

2) once the plants and the system have gotten a good flush, im going to switch over to 1/4 strength nutes again (gro, bloom, and micro) plus bud blood (first time using it.. hoping for good results.. MG, its your balls if it doesnt work.. lol).. bud blood is an early flower stimulator.. supposed to onset flowering faster and promote more bud sites...

im somewhat fenced still for sure on the bushmaster.. i want to use it for sure.. if not this grow next grow.. i just really think i should let this grow do its thing (for the most part) as is so i can have a control group for comparisons later... and so i can really see how well the bushmaster work.. same with the gravity... i may have to flip a coin later.. but if i do use i will also use it at this time..

3) then its increase from there as the fkiwers grow... ill drop the gro after the first change.. double the bloom.. throw in the big bud and bud candy.. as well as continued use the engy's f1 and liquid karma...


the nice thing about all this work is that it puts me a couple weeks ahead on the photo girls finishing... a couple weeks earlier than i thought at least... i have to take cuttings today.. which means the autos are finishing out in 24/0 lighting.. no big deal tho... its just going to be a long day all around... im gonna miss the play off game for the girls.. i dont even miss those games for my family... i love marry jane tho... she's my number one girl..

can't beat that bud blood. mornning samy .hos things 2day tus far. great here girls growing just fine on there own. im going to a archery 3d bow shoot 2day. it will be my first shoot. pretty exited.

helll ya they will. i pullled the last 2 males from the cryctle yesterday. not sure on how many i have of them now but they sure are budding very nicely. i did not grow them to the hight i wanted i waz in a hurry. need smoke

changed out the flush res i had the now flowering photogirls hooked up too... there was little salt build up at all.. so i didnt feel i needed to flush as long as i thought i did originally...

i had to sort of guess on the nutes as far as how much i was using.. i dropped the measuring cup i use into the other full res.. there was no way to fish it out.. and i was not about to empty out the res to fish out a measuring cup... but i have poured them enough to have a feel for what is a right pour... being a chef helps that.. im used to guesstimating liquid amounts...

so they got (what i imagine) was 1/4 strength micro, bloom, and grow... plus a shot of grandmas engy and liquid karma.. oh and 2 small packs of bud blood...

MG, the directions say to use 1/10 tsp per quart of water... which means to fill my res it would take 20 tsps... 1 tsp = 7 grams... which means i needed 140 grams in my res according to the directions...

now i had 2 packs... they were 36 bucks each.. but they are only 40 gram packs.. which means i didnt have as much as they called for.. but also means that i would need about $160 worth of bud blood for my res according to the pack...

my question is, is if really worth that much money bro?? i never mind putting money where it is best suited to go.. but that seems like a lot to spend for 1 week of use...

also, think i could use bushmaster along with bud blood?? or does anyone think it could be over kill??

what up ss420. I took some new pics of my pineapple last night and i will post them when i get home tonight. Stay safe bro. I'll pm you when i get home and post the pics. I ended up cutting mosty of the stems and leaves off like 3 weeks ago and cut it at the 4th node i believe and its doing pretty good now i guess. Everything is growing back. I trimmed most of the leaves and left the top but now the bottom is growing back but seems slow as fcuk. Ill get me a 150w hps in a 2 weeks. hopefully i will still have a bunch of flowering time. I'll need a little help with flowering to know when or how far along the Pineapple is. Thanks.

i cant go without giving the girls nutes for very long... remember that in soil they can still pull nutes from the soil.. in hydro they get nothing unless i give them it... the ppm is very low... around 400ppm... so they arent being fed heavily.. just enough to snack on through the transition....

plus it said nothing about feeding it solely to the plants... i hope i still get results...

i guess live and learn... lets see what happens this time around and compare to next time!

the bottom will grow back... but like you said it'll be growing slow... you can rub off the new growth as it comes in if you want...
