SSHZ does Irie Seeds "Orange Gasm" under 2 Gavita LED's- PART 2

The company I bought it from got in touch real
Fast and are offering to ship it off to test it.

Trouble is I’m halfway through flowering… will let this ride out and then send it off once they’re done.

Got my 600w hps/MH setup but can’t be assed faffing about getting more ducting and a smaller carbon filter
Be carefull they might not take it back after if youve informed them its broken now and then continue to use it after they know something already went wrong you could become liable ild get it sent back soon as possible to get the issue resolved

Nope, never had that happen. I guess we'll see how good their warranty is. Personally, I keep a back up (Medic Grow Fold 8) in storage just in case this ever happens to me. And I still own 2 1000 watt hps just in case too. GL, keep us informed.
You ever use that Medic Grow Fold? Any thoughts?

Well I have about 3-4 weeks left until the majority are done. Might just say im on holiday this weekend for a couple of weeks.

Goood point tho mate but it’s only a few months old so they’re obliged to take it back since it’s under warranty.

That’s the thing with more complicated technology. More stuff to go wrong lol

I used the Medic for a few weeks, just to try it out.......... For the price, it's a Best Buy- as is all their stuff. But is it a Gavita, no. I'd say overall if Gavita gets an "A" grade, Medic gets a B or B+. I like that the Medic has a built in dimmer and it probably runs just a bit hotter than the Gavita.

Gavita's are built in Mexico, Medic's are built in China. Just by appearance, they are pretty similar. Gavita uses a better driver inside and has fewer diodes so it's pushed harder to produce roughly the same amount of photons- but still, I think you have to seriously consider Medic's at nearly 1/2 the price.

This is a pic of the left side of the room at 22 days in flowering THE FIRST TIME I GREW THESE, just after a defoliation in 2020. I will take a pic later on Saturday for comparison purposes of the current room at the same period in flowering.

They look good but alot less bushy did you do another deep defoliation at day 21 or are the newer ones just more leafy and bushy due to added CO2?
