Stem Color/ Leaf Color

Are these signs of a deficiency? I haven’t watered since my transplant, pots are still pretty heavy at the core getting dry on the outsides... the tallest one seemed to kinda wilt overnight

over water IMO lack of 02 in the soil leading to a wilt

(comes to water LIFT the pot ...THINK then water or not)

the red in the stem is stalled sap check you grow room temps or re locate the fan
