yeah the more air you're constantly pushing out will passively force air into the room. one of my buddies made the mistake of caulking/sealing his plywood room, heat stress killed his crop. i dont even run intake at all in my bloom. exhaust is my most important priority in bloom. the better the exhaust, the better your passive air intake is, so there is intake, just not coming from a fan or something. passive intake is what happens with good exhaust, you're sucking out so much air that there is a negative air/space ratio, forcing air into the room=passive air intake. im not an expert, i just know that my nugs got twice as dence this round, and i changed my exhaust from 4" to 6" this round.
