Welcome to my new journal! I'm starting a new one even though this is still my 2nd grow, a 2nd grow that's lasted 8 months.

Once I have a few things added and changed I'll probably do this in a blog, but for now I'm here.

Lighting...

I'm vegging under 320w of 6500k T12 fluorescents in a 3' x 4' area...

The frame I built to hold 2-4 bulb fixtures...

Here it is in place, pics of the inside to come. Temps are in the mid 80's most of the time. Some 6" computer fans are on the way to help with circulation...

Making our way to the flower room through my cardboard door...

HPIM2116.jpg

Flowering with a 600w HPS also in a roughly 3.5' x 4' space. I plan to add another 600w in the coming months and expanding to 7' x 4'...

The bulb resides in a 6" air cooled reflector...

HPIM2857.jpg

Cooled by a 150 cfm fan. I might have to increase the fan when I add the other light. For now it works great! The exhaust isn't even hot. Temps in the room stay in the mid 70's...

We'll start in veg with my 6 new additions. Some of you know what strain they are, the rest of you have to will have to wait to find out. The pics are from last night, 6 days from start of germ and 4 days since they went in the dirt...

Now for what else I have currently. I was told that the strain was Purple Jesus. A local grow came up with it. I have no idea what the lineage is.

The smoke is great!! Very fruity and sweet, smooth and easy to hit. She's a very fast finisher. By day 56 she'll be all cloudy and by day 60 up to 10% amber. I'll eventualy let one go longer.

The only problem I have with her is she's a light weight. I've only flowered clones in one gallon pots, that I vegged upto a month and an avg height of 12". They finish about 30" but I only get about 20g each. Hoping to bring that up...

Mom, 8 months old...

HPIM2897.jpg

Current batch of clones. I've been taking 18 at a time. And it takes about 3 weeks before they're ready for dirt...

Just about a week...

Between 2 and 3 weeks...

Just over 4 weeks...

About 6 weeks. She got a little nute burn...

For nutes and soil I use Fox Farm. Ocean Forest soil straight from the bag with no amendments. I've been using the FF trio with mixed results. As you saw above I've burnt a few...

And now some older bud shots from the PJ!!

I'll be updating a few times a week as things get going. I'm hoping for a good male or 2 from the new ones to do some breeding. I'll be crossing it with the PJ and making more of that strain. I'm hoping to never have to buy seeds.

Please join me on my adventure!bongsmilie

Feel free to post!!

If u got a Habitat fo' Humanity, u can grab 1 for like $5! CHEAP ASS!!! Lol
I'll have to look in to that!

Little update tonight.:weed:

Here are the new babies. They got a little drink of plain water. I should have had them closer to the light as soon as they came up, they probably wouldn't have stretched as much. The last pic is the one that didn't shed it's shell right away. It made it through though!

Thanks!

The younger ones in there are looking better than the last few batches have. I think I finally got a feeding schedule figured out. :)

Right now I've got 20. 2 will be done in about 2 weeks, and 8 are just over a week in. The rest are in between somewhere. :) lol I need to keep better track of my dates.
